A Transformational Acquisition
Adavale completed the acquisition of the Parkes Gold-Copper Project in late-January of 2025, establishing its presence as a gold and copper explorer in the Tier-1 Lachlan Fold Belt.
Adavale, in May 2025, achieved a JORC MRE of 115koz Au containing a higher-grade estimate of 3.14Mt at 1.06g/t Au for 107koz
The Project has a total area of ~371km² and hosting several targets with significant potential – including the London-Victoria Gold Mine (EL 7242).
Adavale’s recent maiden drill campaign achieved the strongest gold intercept in 30 years, which also extended beyond the JORC resource, noting ALRC014:
- 25m @ 1.17g/t Au from 144m 0.5g/t Au cut-off) within a broader intercept of
- 48m @ 0.82g/t Au from 133m (0.25g/t Au cut-off) and includes
- 11m @ 1.42g/t Au from 158m (1.0g/t Au cut-off)

The World-Class Lachlan Fold Belt: A Tier-1 Jurisdiction
Located in New South Wales, the famous Lachlan Fold Belt hosts some of Australia’s largest gold and copper deposits, including Northparkes (5.2Moz Au & 4.4Mt Cu) and Cadia-Ridgeway (35Moz Au & 7.9Mt Cu).
Adavale’s latest acquisition, the Parkes Project, lies at the intersection of the Macquarie Arc Volcanics, and the Lachlan Transverse Zone, which is a significant geological corridor that offers structurally-controlled gold and porphyry copper-gold mineralisation.
The area’s geology is similarly favourable to that of neighbouring world-class assets, such as the Northparkes and Cadia-Ridgeway mines.
“We have found taking control and our early days at site at the Parkes Project extremely encouraging for Adavale’s emerging plans, with high-grade gold in rock chip samples already demonstrating the potential within a Tier-1 location with a proven track record of discoveries.
We see the Parkes Project as an under-explored gem in the Lachlan Fold Belt when it comes to gold exploration, and the combination of our new sampling and historical results nearby have led to an increased confidence in the potential for a system with substantial gold mineralisation.
The Lachlan Fold Belt is known around the globe for its gold endowment, and our team is now already working in what we are confident is the right region, with the right rocks, the right structures, and is ultimately an excellent complement to our existing portfolio.”

Adavales licences at Parkes and abundant prospects
London-Victoria Gold Resource
Adavale Resources achieved a key milestone at its Parkes Project in NSW on 5 May 2025, announcing the establishment of a maiden JORC (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource at the London-Victoria Gold Mine.
The independently verified resource estimate confirmed 115koz Au defined and within this estimate there is a higher-grade mineralised total of 3.14Mt at 1.06g/t Au for 107koz.
The estimate defines mineralisation within a shallow, conceptual open pit, which extends no more than 100 metres below the existing pit floor, confirming the deposit’s near-surface, open-pit potential.
There is potential to expand the resource base along strike and at depth, with a shallow RC drilling campaign
Resource Growth Potential:
- Mineralisation for London-Victoria remains open along strike and at depth.
- Several historical drill intercepts were not included in the current estimate, highlighting the strong upside potential from additional drilling.
- A resource extension drilling program is planned to support a future transition toward production.
- An exploration target is expected next, outlining additional tonnage and grade potential outside the current MRE boundary.

The Potential At The Parkes Project
The Parkes Project consists of four major exploration licences – each with key targets:
LONDON-VICTORIA
- EL 7242 – London-Victoria Gold Mine: An independently verified resource estimate confirmed 115koz Au defined and within this estimate there is a higher-grade mineralised total of 3.14Mt at 1.06g/t Au for 107koz
- Adavale’s recent maiden drill campaign achieved the strongest gold intercept in 30 years, which also extended beyond the JORC resource, noting
- 25m @ 1.17g/t Au from 144m 0.5g/t Au cut-off) within a broader intercept of
- 48m @ 0.82g/t Au from 133m (0.25g/t Au cut-off) and includes
- 11m @ 1.42g/t Au from 158m (1.0g/t Au cut-off)
- Other Notable intercepts
- 29.3m @ 1.31g/t Au from 157m
- 21.6m @ 1.06g/t Au from 197.3m
- 6m @ 3.31g/t Au from 12m
- 10m @ 1.95g/t Au from 149m, including 1m @ 8.3g/t Au
- 3m @ 6.64g/t Au from 10m including 1m @ 14.6g/t Au
- 12m @ 1.48g/t Au from 38m
- 6m @ 1.69g/t Au from 33m
- 5m @ 0.63g/t Au from 61m
- 7m @ 0.38g/t Au from 209m
NO MISTAKE
- EL 8830 – Parkvale, Cunich & Welcome Mine Prospects: Demonstrating gold and copper anomalies throughout, with rock chips showing up to 6.3g/t Au.
- Parkvale Sth (EL 8830) rock chips – 22.2 g/t Au
- Cunich (EL 8830) – 1.4 g/t Au rock chips with elevated Cu
- Welcome Mine (EL 8830) – 11 g/t Au average head grade
THE DISH
- EL9711: a recently granted tenement with unexplored opportunity neighbouring giants. Limited exploration carried out by Compass Resources in 2007 (7 holes; 48-96m depth); discontinued as Company went into Administration
FRONT GATE
- EL 8831 East – Ashes Prospect: With recent rock chip samples demonstrating as high as 10.65g/tAu, 1.98%Cu and 158 g/tAg, located close to the neighbouring Northparkes with a north-striking anomaly 200m in length.
- EL 8831 East – Myalls Prospect: Hosting quartz veins (in andesite) with assays of 0.86% Cu and 0.91g/t Au.
- EL8831 East – Blackridge: Adjacent to Magmatic’s (ASX:MAG) recent drilling at Blackridge, which intersects with the Southeastern tip of EL8831
- EL 8831 North– Corner Prospect: drill intercept over a magnetic anomaly – 2m at 1.73 g/t Au, anomalous levels of arsenic and gold in 40% of the holes drilled. The gold-arsenic association at this prospect could be indicative of epithermal mineralisation
- EL 8831 North – Central Prospect: a magnetite-veined lithic tuff where historical RAB hole, found up to 0.16 ppm Au, most likely of hydrothermal origin, and the area has the potential to be the top of a porphyry copper system.
- EL 8831 North – Northern Diorite Prospect: intersected 4m @ 0.21 ppm Au and 1230ppm Cu in diorite, potentially indicating structurally-controlled or porphyry copper-style mineralisation.

Moving into 2025…
With Adavale’s transformational acquisition, and exploration plans now developing, the company is moving toward:
- Further field reconnaissance and rock chip sampling to refine exploration targets on site.
- Conducting modern geological surveying techniques to identify extensions and mineralisation that haven’t previously been examined.
- Secure regulatory approvals and engage with key community leaders to ensure compliant and considerate exploration campaigns.
- New drilling campaigns to expand mineralisation zones, as well as test new areas that have inferred potential.
